Smoothie for Your Skin


Soothe your damaged summer skin with a delicious smoothie. It's quick and easy to make. The flax seeds (which contains omega-3 fat) will give your skin a healthy glow, the yogurt (which contains vitamin A) will heal the damage from the sun, and the strawberries (which contains vitamin C) will replace the collagen the sun stole away.

1 Cup of Plain Non-Fat Yogurt
1 Whole, Peeled Banana
2 Cups of Frozen Strawberries
1 Tablespoon of Flax Seed
1/2 Teaspoon of Honey
1/2 Teaspoon of Almond Extract
