Enjoy the fun in the sun as the end of summer is almost here. To relieve your sunburn, try the following:
- Take two ibuprofen for the pain and reducing swelling
- Take vitamin E to reduce inflammation
- Drinks lots of water to stay hydrated
- Eat foods high in vitamin C (citrus fruits, strawberries, and spinach)
- Bags of frozen peas over the burned areas
- Use sliced cucumbers or cold wet tea bags
- Take a cool shower
- Dab 1 percent hydrocortisone cream
- Keep skin moisturized with shea butter
- Use lotion with aloe to soothe the skin and help with inflammation
