How To Relieve A Sunburn


Enjoy the fun in the sun as the end of summer is almost here. To relieve your sunburn, try the following:
  • Take two ibuprofen for the pain and reducing swelling
  • Take vitamin E to reduce inflammation
  • Drinks lots of water to stay hydrated
  • Eat foods high in vitamin C (citrus fruits, strawberries, and spinach)
  • Bags of frozen peas over the burned areas
  • Use sliced cucumbers or cold wet tea bags
  • Take a cool shower
  • Dab 1 percent hydrocortisone cream
  • Keep skin moisturized with shea butter
  • Use lotion with aloe to soothe the skin and help with inflammation
