We currently use USPS parcel post for all PALETTES. Shipping is only available within the United States ( including Hawaii and Alaska). THIS STANDARD METHOD DOES NOT INCLUDE A TRACKING # & WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES. Most orders will be delivered within 2-6 business days from the orders ship date. PO BOX addresses will only be delivered by USPS

If you require a Tracking # we will ship your order by UPS ground BY REQUEST ONLY. ( If you want the item to be shipped faster please message us). Most orders will be delivered within 3-6 business days from the orders ship date.

- Shipping Rates for FALSE EYELASHES Only:
All False Eyelashes will be shipped via USPS First Class with no tracking #. You may request for a Delivery Confirmation to be added for $1.00. This is the cheapest rate if you are ONLY ordering false eyelashes. If you are ordering false eyelashes and makeup palettes please see shipping rates above.
- $1.95 minimum shipping fee.$2.95 minimum shipping fee with delivery confirmation. If you order a box ( 10 pairs) please message us and we will provide a total cost. Shipping Rate for a box or more will vary on weight.
ALL ORDERS WILL NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING INSURANCE. If you would like to add shipping insurance please message us and this can be included in your order. We use bubble wrap to make sure that the palettes will not break while being mailed.

- Lost Package:
If for any reason your package gets delayed, please contact USPS or UPS directly. Once we ship a package with the carrier & service you requested, your order is in their possession and they are responsible for timely and correct delivery. WE DO NOT PROVIDE A TRACKING # UNLESS YOU REQUEST IT.
- Hours of Operation:
Order Processing and Shipping operates Monday through Friday 9am- 4pm CST. Sunday is available for orders in the Twin Cities, MN area ONLY. We are closed on major holidays within the United States.
- Processing Time:
Orders received between Monday through Friday will be processed within 24 hours. SUNDAY is available for processing in the Twin Cities ONLY and subjective to weather conditions If you need an item urgently please message me with your request.

Return & Exchange Policy:
Pink Blossom Cosmetics has a NO REFUND POLICY; however, we guarantee the quality of every product we sell. If an item you received is defective, please send an email to us within 5 days from the date of your received package to insure prompt replacement. You will not be able to send back a package without notifying Pink Blossom Cosmetics. We will not be responsible for broken palettes if you did not purchase insurance.
Due to safety and sanitary conditions, Pink Blossom Cosmetics does not accept any returns or exchanges on all items. We only ship brand new and unused items. Please read the ingredient lists before placing any orders.
The use and selection of cosmetic products and other beauty-related products, requires utmost care to be certain that any directions and warnings from the manufacturer are observed and followed, and that Customer is aware of the possibility that some people may have allergic or other reactions to such products. Pink Blossom Cosmetics is not the manufacturer of these products, therefore it is not responsible for any reaction or any failure of a product to satisfy any special use, requirements, or otherwise meet the needs or expectations of the Customer. Customers are advised to read and strictly follow the label, all packaging inserts and instructions and all manufacturer directions and warnings. Cancellation and Restocking Fee is 20% on the cost of the products ordered that is packed and prepared for shipping. Shipped orders may not be cancelled. Cancellation of orders must sent by email ONLY.
We can not add or change an order once it is shipped. Please make sure you review your order carefully before submitting payment. In the event that you decide to purchase more products, a new order must be made.
Out of Stock items:
If an item is out of stock, it can not be purchased, backordered, or pre-ordered. Please check our Facebook page for updates on items.
Sales, Discounts, and Special Offers:
Periodically, we will post items on sale or on special. We do not offer further discount outside of specifically posted sales and specials. Currently, we do not offer wholesale or volume discounts. Industry Professional discounts are currently not available.
